About the role

PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will take ownership of end-to-end software development projects, leading technical initiatives across both frontend and backend systems. You will play a pivotal part in shaping our technology direction, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects whilst demonstrating technical excellence and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies and best practices
• Lead and oversee the technical implementation of projects from conception through deployment and maintenance
• Mentor and supervise junior and mid-level developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Architect scalable, robust solutions across frontend and backend layers, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Establish and maintain coding standards, development processes and quality assurance protocols for the development team
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Participate in technology selection and evaluation to keep the organisation at the forefront of industry trends
• Document technical specifications, system designs and project workflows for team reference and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of professional software development experience with substantial full-stack development background
• Advanced proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript,Typescript,HTML,CSS, React.JS
• Advanced proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, Spring boot ,C# or similar server-side languages
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions
• Demonstrated experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring developers and managing technical teams
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles and SOLID principles
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred: Experience with agile development methodologies, microservices architecture, and containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
