Lead Gen Marketing Associate

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting outbound calls and communicating with prospects through email and social media platforms.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, digital marketing, or business development is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Sales and Marketing teams.
