Compensation

● 100% Commission-Based Position

● Earn 8%–10% of every contract generated from your appointments ● Average project values range from $20,000–$50,000+

● Weekly Pay

No Sales. No Closing.

Your job is simple:

• Manage teams of 3-5 canvassers
• Train new hires
• Drive team of canvassers to assigned neighborhoods
• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners
• Generate interest in impact windows, doors, and roofing
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants

That's it. Our sales team handles the presentation and closes the deal.
