Job description:

Pixel Media is looking for motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Agents to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying potential customers telephonically to generate high-quality leads for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, target-driven and enjoys speaking to people while working towards measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic lead generation for various client campaigns.

Contact and engage with potential customers via outbound calls.

Generate and qualify leads specifically for short-term insurance and life insurance policies.

Identify potential customers who meet the relevant campaign and client requirements.

Gather accurate customer information and determine interest in relevant insurance products.

Clearly explain the purpose of the call and obtain the required information for lead qualification.

Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads and customer interactions.

Meet agreed lead generation, call volume and performance targets.

Ensure all lead information is accurate, complete and submitted within required timeframes.

Follow company processes, campaign requirements and quality standards.

Adhere to POPIA requirements and company policies when handling personal information.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 6 months' experience in lead generation, telesales, sales or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Confident and professional telephone manner.

Ability to identify and qualify potential leads.

Target-driven with a strong focus on results.

Good organisational and administrative skills.

Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM systems or lead management tools is advantageous.
