Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist - Night Shift

Kaaf Media Network is hiring an experienced Lead Generation & Data Operations Specialist to build, enrich, and manage high-performing prospect lists for global cold email campaigns. You will take full ownership of our data infrastructure—from domain health setup to ICP-based prospect research, lead enrichment, and verification.

This is a technical, data-heavy execution role. It is not entry-level, nor is it a simple copy-paste data entry job. We need an analytical specialist who understands email data deliverability, knows how to navigate lead databases, and has the sharp focus needed to handle large-volume data with absolute accuracy.

What you’ll do

• Research and build highly target B2B prospect lists based on explicit Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Enrich raw lead lists with verified data points, including verified emails, job titles, direct phone numbers, and custom variables
• Manage, monitor, and maintain domain health, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox warmup protocols
• Validate and clean lead data using verification tools to ensure zero bounce rates and high email deliverability
• Organize, structure, and sanitize large datasets in spreadsheet software and CRM tools for seamless cold email deployment
• Track data performance, identify patterns, and adjust list criteria to improve campaign engagement

What you need to have

You should be able to walk into this role and answer yes to these without hesitation:

• Proven hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, list building, and email data management
• Deep understanding of cold email technical setups, domain configuration, and email deliverability
• Practical proficiency with enrichment platforms and lead databases (Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, MillionVerifier, NeverBounce, or similar)
• Advanced capabilities in Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation, deduplication, formatting, and filtering
• Full commitment to working night shift hours in Karachi timing (mostly 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PKT, occasionally 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT)
• High level of personal ownership, sharp attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic

What we love to see
