Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (100% On-site)

Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 / month

Duration: 3 Months (Lead to potential Full-Time offer based on performance)

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Lead Generation & Prospecting Intern to join our growth team. In this role, you will learn and execute modern B2B research techniques to identify high-potential business clients, build target account lists, and optimize lead databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct web and social research to identify key decision-makers across target industries.
• Source, verify, and organize prospect contact information (Email, LinkedIn, Phone).
• Build, clean, and maintain organized lead lists and databases in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Track prospect responses, conversion metrics, and list performance daily.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified prospects.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or current students with strong research ability.
• High proficiency in using LinkedIn, online directories, and web search techniques.
• Good command of written English and email etiquette.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and data-minded.
• Ability to work on-site in Iqbal Town, Lahore from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
