Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Representative

Pacway Direct is looking for experienced, motivated Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Representatives to join our growing sales operation.

This position is designed for individuals who are comfortable on the phone, know how to control a conversation, handle objections, and consistently generate qualified opportunities through high-volume outbound calling.

We are looking for professionals who understand that successful lead generation requires confidence, consistency, communication skills, and the ability to keep moving after hearing “no.”

What You’ll Do

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective business customers
Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities
Set appointments and obtain prospect information for the sales team
Ask effective qualifying questions to identify potential opportunities
Handle common objections and keep prospects engaged
Accurately document calls, leads, and follow-up information
Meet daily and weekly activity and production expectations
Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed off

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have:

Appointment-setting experience
Lead-generation experience
Experience making high-volume outbound calls
Strong verbal and overall communication skills
Strong objection-handling skills
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Ability to remain professional and productive when dealing with rejection
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistency
Ability to follow established scripts, processes, and company procedures
Ability to accurately document leads and call activity
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the office daily

Interview Process

We will be actively interviewing qualified candidates over the next two weeks.

During the interview, candidates should be prepared to discuss their previous lead-generation and appointment-setting experience, outbound call volume, objection-handling techniques, and past performance.
