Lead Generation Associate

WhiteBox is looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to identify potential clients, research decision-makers, and build a high-quality pipeline of leads for the sales team. The role involves prospect research, contact data enrichment, lead verification, and CRM management to support business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target companies based on industry, location, company size, and decision-maker roles.
• Build and maintain prospect lists with accurate contact details, LinkedIn profiles, and professional email addresses.
• Enrich and verify lead data using tools such as Apollo, Hunter, and other research platforms.
• Monitor buying signals, including hiring activity, funding announcements, company growth, and expansion.
• Use online platforms and job boards to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain organised lead databases and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date.
• Research tools and methods to improve lead quality and research efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on lead volume, data accuracy, and pipeline health.

Requirements

• Fresh to 1 year of experience in lead generation, data research, or a similar role.
• Strong research and information-gathering skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for company and contact research.
• Basic knowledge of lead generation and data enrichment tools such as Apollo, Hunter, or similar platforms.
• Good written English and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management.
• Experience using AI or automation tools for research and data enrichment.
• Exposure to IT services or software development companies.
• Familiarity with international markets, particularly the USA, UK, or Europe.
• Knowledge of the logistics or freight industry is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
