Job Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to connect with potential clients and collect their property requirements. The main work involves making calls, identifying interested clients, gathering basic information, and passing the details to the appropriate sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential clients and introduce Zorba Estates' property services.
• Understand whether clients are interested in buying, selling, or renting a property.
• Collect details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and contact information.
• Identify genuine leads and check the client's level of interest.
• Share client details with the Residential or Commercial team for further follow-up.
• Contact clients again when additional information is required.
• Update lead details and call status in the company system.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding new leads and follow-up requirements.

Requirements

• Any degree.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Good communication skills and a polite approach while speaking with clients.
• Kannada and English language skills preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to make regular calls and follow up with potential clients.
• Interest in sales and the real estate industry.

Salary and Benefits
