Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support / Lead Generation Executives to handle customer interactions, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate information.
• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products or services.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and performance targets.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Eligibility

• Qualification: PUC & Above
• Languages: Fluent English + Hindi
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 6+ months of experience in customer support, telecalling, sales, or lead generation are preferred.

Salary

Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹17,356 Take Home
6+ Months Experience: ₹28,000 CTC | ₹20,813 Take Home
