Role Summary:

To do market scouting, find new buildings, builders, and projects where Puzzle Parking / Stack Parking / Car Lifts can be sold. This is a lead generation + site survey role. Not hard sales.

Fresher with good energy can also apply

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate - Any stream
• Must have: Bike + Driving License + Smartphone is MANDATORY
• Local area knowledge of Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Pune / Thane
• Daily visit 20-25 sites - under construction buildings, redevelopment societies, bungalows, commercial projects, hospitals, hotels
• Collect details: Builder name, architect, contractor, number ofparking requirement, contact number
• Click site photos, location, and mark on Google Maps
• Find societies where parking problem is high
• Handover hot leads to Sales Engineer for closing
• Assist Sales Engineer during client meeting and site visit if needed
• Daily reporting to Sales Manager - areas covered, leads generated, photos
• Daily field report on WhatsApp/Excel/CRM - No. of sites visited, leads, photos
• Maintain area-wise database of builders, societies, architects
• Achieve daily/weekly lead target

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
