Lead Generation Expert - US IT

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Expert with 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment / Candidate Sourcing.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in US IT candidate lead generation and talent sourcing.
• Identify and generate leads from IT professionals actively looking for jobs in the US.
• Identify international students, recent graduates, and experienced IT professionals who are actively seeking employment opportunities.
• Generate candidate leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, social media, online communities, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn, indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Apollo, etc.
• Build and maintain accurate candidate databases with name, location, technical skills, experience, contact details, availability, and job preferences.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
• Qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and job requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Coordinate closely with the Recruitment and Business Development teams to provide relevant candidate profiles for open requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, MIS reports, and CRM/ATS records.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.

Preference: Candidates with proven experience in US IT staffing candidate sourcing and generating qualified IT candidate leads from the US market.
