Lead Generation Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Lead Generation Executive to expand our enterprise and startup client base. You will target decision-makerssuch as CHROs, HR Heads, Founders, and C-Suite Executivesintroducing them to our unique HR solutions and AI hiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential corporate clients, growing startups, and enterprises needing modern HR consultancy or AI-driven recruitment products.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, phone, and professional networks to pitch KryptonPath’s offerings.
• Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, handle initial objections, pitch our core value proposition, and nurture relationships up to conversion.
• Deal Closure: Drive agreements across the finish line to secure signed client contracts.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development within HR Tech, Recruitment Consultancy, SaaS, or Corporate Training.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to pitch senior leadership and enterprise buyers.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in qualifying and closing B2B pipeline leads (portfolio or case studies of past performance required).
• Self-Starter: Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule autonomously in a remote setup.
