Lead Generation Executive

Looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to promote our Client's Software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, email marketing, generating qualified leads, and coordinating meetings with the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
• Explain the features and benefits of the company's product to potential customers.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and email -marketing.
• Identify customer requirements and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Update and manage the lead database regularly.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support.
