Lead Generation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Find and extract 20,000-30,000+ B2B contacts in bulk for international markets.
• Use Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar data platforms.
• Identify relevant companies and decision-makers across AEC, BIM, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, and Real Estate.
• Collect details such as Name, Designation, Company, Email, Phone Number, LinkedIn Profile, Website, Location, and Industry.
• Verify and validate email IDs and phone numbers before adding them to the database.
• Clean, filter, de-duplicate, and organize large datasets.
• Maintain accurate databases in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
• Research new data sources and methods for bulk data extraction and lead generation.
• Ensure the extracted data meets the required targeting criteria and is ready for sales/marketing outreach.
