We're hiring a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify prospects, generate qualified leads, and support business growth for our recruitment and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients via market research and outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify leads and build a strong prospect pipeline
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects
• Track industry trends and share regular performance reports

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Freshers: MBA (Sales/Marketing/BD); Experienced: any Bachelor's degree
