About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our Wealth Management team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating leads, explaining financial products/services, and supporting the team in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to new and existing clients.
• Find and collect new leads through calls.
• Understand client needs and share basic information about our financial services.
• Fix meetings and appointments for the Wealth Management team.
• Follow up with clients and leads regularly.
• Update client and lead details in the CRM/system.
• Complete daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the Wealth Management team for client follow-up and onboarding.
• Share regular updates about leads and follow-ups with the team.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; BCom and Relevant.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Basic understanding or interest in Finance, Investments, and Wealth Management.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
