Lead Generation Executive – Outbound CSR

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM

About the Role

We are currently hiring lead generation executives to join our team for travel campaigns. The role involves outbound calling and customer chat handling, providing relevant information, engaging with potential customers, and assisting in generating leads and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce travel-related offers and services.
• Handle customer chats professionally and respond to inquiries.
• Engage with customers and build positive conversations.
• Identify potential leads and maintain customer interest.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with interested customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding the campaign.
• Maintain professional communication and meet daily performance targets.

Requirements

• Age: 17–29 years
• Fluent English communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and customer-friendly personality
• Ability to work night shifts
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.
