Lead Generation - Executive

Job Summary:

We re looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive with 6 months to 1 year experience, who can qualify, and nurture potential customers to support sales growth. The role focuses on creating a strong pipeline through multiple outbound and inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns, and databases
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Maintain and update lead data
• Collaborate closely with sales team
• Run email/LinkedIn outreach campaigns and follow-ups
• Track lead status and conversion metrics
• Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers
• Set up meetings for the Sales team
• Ensure data accuracy and communication guidelines

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of lead generation / inside sales / demand generation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, emails, and lead databases
• Good analytical and research skills
• Ability to meet targets and work independently

Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing
