LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Office-based)

Reports To: Managing Partner

Experience: 0–2 years (B2B / logistics sales preferred)

Salary:15000

Role Summary:

Find and qualify new shippers (manufacturers, traders, corporates) who need FTL road transport, and build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research prospects via IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Google, trade directories and industry lists

• Track RFQs, tenders, auctions and GeM bids relevant to transport

• Cold call, WhatsApp and email prospects to find decision makers (logistics / purchase heads)

• Qualify leads: lanes, monthly volume, truck type, current transporter

• Fix meetings / calls for the Managing Partner

• Maintain lead tracker in CRM with status and next follow-up date

• Send company profile and follow up until quotation stage

• Meet weekly lead and meeting targets as assigned

Skills Required:

• Confident calling in Hindi and English

• Internet research and LinkedIn skills

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets

• Target-oriented, self-driven; industry contacts a plus

Qualification:

Graduate (any stream); BBA / MBA (Marketing) preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
