Role & Responsibilities Field Lead Generation Executive

• Visit residential, commercial and industrial locations to identify potential customers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals and local market activities.
• Explain KONE elevator and escalator products/services to prospective customers.
• Collect customer requirements and contact details.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and coordinate with the sales team.
• Schedule customer meetings and site visits.
• Maintain daily field visit and lead-generation reports.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly lead generation targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and local contacts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps.
• Energetic, target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Sales, marketing, telecalling or field-sales experience will be an advantage.
