Weekoff : Sunday

Timings : 10am - 8pm

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to generate new customer leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in converting leads into showroom visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other sources.
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Make regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages with leads.
• Maintain and update customer details and lead status in the CRM.
• Schedule showroom visits and appointments for interested customers.
• Share product information, offers, and promotions with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure professional and polite communication with all customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to handle outbound calls confidently.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales, or CRM is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
