Lead Generation Executive

Looking for a proactive and communication-driven person to generate business opportunities through cold outreach, UpWork bidding, discovery calls, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads via LinkedIn, calls, events, and online platforms
• Conduct cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
• Submit proposals and manage opportunities on UpWork
• Schedule in-person meetings with directors/founders at international events
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects
• Maintain CRM, track follow-ups, and update pipeline
• Support conversion of opportunities into clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong English communication (written & verbal)
• Experience with cold outreach and lead generation
• Comfortable handling calls and client conversations
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and UpWork
• Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented
• Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition preferred

Success Metrics:

• Meetings booked
• Discovery calls completed
• Proposal win rate
• Qualified pipeline created

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
