Job Description

OTY Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in identifying potential customers and generating business leads.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers through outbound calls and other communication channels.
• Generate qualified leads for the company's products and services.
• Make calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's services.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and interest.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities.
• Update lead details and progress in the company's tracking system or Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding lead status and customer requirements.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Research potential customers and identify new lead generation opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two or any degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English communication.
• Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Confidence in speaking with new people and handling outbound calls.
• Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
