Lead Generation Executive

One5Lab is a dynamic and growing company focused on delivering innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a confident and target-driven professional to support outbound lead generation through cold calling and email marketing.

Work Mode: Work From Home

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation and business outreach
• Cold calling and email marketing campaigns
• Managing client relationships and retention
• Gathering client feedback and providing support
• Supporting account management activities when needed
• Building and maintaining strong client communication

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of email marketing, bulk emailing & email deliverability
• Experience using CRM tools (Monday.com preferred, HubSpot or similar acceptable)
• Strong English communication and confidence in client interaction
• Comfortable in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage approximately 100 calls and 150 emails daily
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Offered: 15k-35k
