The Role

As a Lead Generator, you will:

• Contact potential customers by telephone
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Generate high-quality, qualified leads for our clients
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date
• Work towards individual and team performance targets
• Deliver excellent customer service on every call
