Lead Generation Executive - Night Shift

Octopus Digital Network (ODN) is looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Lead Generation Executive who can generate organic business leads through outbound calling, social media platforms, online communities, WhatsApp, and other relevant digital channels.

The ideal candidate should be skilled at identifying potential customers, initiating professional conversations, building relationships, and converting genuine interest into qualified business leads — without relying solely on paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Organic Lead Generation: Find potential customers through social media platforms, relevant online communities, business groups, and other organic channels.
• Social Media Outreach: Identify prospects and engage with potential clients through Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.
• WhatsApp Outreach: Connect with relevant prospects through WhatsApp, respond to inquiries, and nurture genuine business opportunities.
• Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers, introduce relevant services, and identify their business needs and interest.
• Prospect Research: Research businesses, decision-makers, and potential clients who may need ODN's services.
• Lead Qualification: Identify genuine prospects based on their requirements, interest, and potential to become clients.
• Follow-Ups: Maintain professional communication with interested prospects and follow up appropriately.
• Lead Management: Record contact details, lead sources, conversations, and follow-up status in spreadsheets or the CRM system.
• Performance Tracking: Meet assigned targets for qualified leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online business communities.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and professional online communication.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and approaching potential customers.
• Basic computer skills, internet research, and data entry.
• Ability to identify relevant prospects and generate leads organically.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn new lead generation techniques and digital tools.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome. Candidates with experience in organic lead generation, B2B outreach, social media prospecting, or cold calling will be preferred.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
