Job Responsibilities :

Generate leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, social media, online platforms, and other channels.Identify and connect with potential customers for real estate projects.

Make regular follow-ups with leads and maintain proper lead records.Understand customer requirements and share relevant project details.

Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth lead handover.Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.

Achieve assigned lead-generation and site-visit targets.Build and maintain a strong database of potential customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or real estate. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred.
