About the Role

TheHeadHunters360 is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive who has strong hands-on experience with freelance platforms and international client acquisition.

The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying qualified prospects, generating leads, initiating conversations, and creating business opportunities for our recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, and other freelance platforms.
• Search and identify international clients requiring recruitment, staffing, and IT hiring services.
• Prepare and submit customized proposals/bids on freelance platforms.
• Manage client communication and follow-ups.
• Research decision-makers and potential clients through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, proposals, responses, and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with freelance platforms, particularly Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation and international client acquisition.
• Experience working with US, UK, European, Middle Eastern, or other international markets is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing and client follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong research and prospecting skills.
