What they need
Daily
• Add 20–30 new verified prospects to the database
• Send 20–30 first-touch outreach messages
• Follow up on leads from 3 days prior
• Log all activity and responses in the CRM sheet
Weekly
• Clean and de-duplicate the lead database
• Submit a lead activity report: total prospects added, contacted, replied, qualified
• Hand over minimum 5 qualified leads to the sales team
• Attend a weekly sync with the Sales Manager
Monthly
• Market mapping for one assigned area or channel
• Review outreach templates and propose improvements based on response data
• Present a summary of pipeline contribution
