Lead Generation Intern

You will build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects for Knometrix AI: using research, data tools, and outreach to connect us with the decision-makers who would benefit most from our intelligence services. This is a high-output role that rewards precision, persistence, and methodical thinking as much as communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and segment prospect lists across target industries, geographies, and buyer roles
• Execute structured outreach campaigns, LinkedIn, email, and other channels, tracking results and iterating
• Research individual prospects to personalise outreach and improve response rates
• Qualify incoming leads against defined criteria and hand off to business development
• Report on pipeline metrics, outreach volume, response rates, conversion, and identify patterns

Requirements

• MBA student or recent graduate: any discipline; commercial instinct matters more than subject
• Methodical and data-oriented: you track what you do, learn from the numbers, and adjust accordingly
• Persistent without being pushy: you understand that good outreach is about relevance, not volume
• Comfortable with outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, CRM)
• Strong attention to detail: prospect data quality directly affects pipeline quality
