Lead Generation Intern

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork according to Devcubix's services.
• Prepare and submit customized**, professional proposals.**
• Research potential clients and understand their project requirements.
• Assist in handling client communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of submitted proposals, responses, and leads.
• Coordinate with the Development, UI/UX, and other relevant teams for project-related information.
• Monitor Upwork trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

• Meet daily/weekly bidding and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of Upwork activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
