Key Responsibilities

• Market Research Lead Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in target markets using platforms like LinkedIn, industry directories, and online databases.
• Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company s services and target audience.
• Outreach Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other communication strategies to engage potential leads.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
• Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills Competencies:
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
