About us

ABA Growth Partner is a marketing agency that works only with ABA therapy clinics in the United States. We run Meta and Google ads, landing pages and SEO for clinics that help children with autism. One of our clients grew from 2 clinics to 15 across two states, and we're now building our in-house sales team.

The role

You'll find and research US therapy clinics that fit our ideal client profile. Then you'll build clean, accurate lead lists our sales team uses for outreach. You don't need sales experience. We'll train you on our process step by step.

What you'll do

• Search Google Maps, Google Search and job boards for ABA clinics in assigned US cities
• Check each clinic against our qualification checklist (size, services, insurance, growth signals)
• Find the right decision makers and verify their business email addresses
• Record everything accurately in our lead sheet
• Hit a daily target of 40 qualified leads once trained

What we're looking for

• Clear written English
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and online research
• Strong attention to detail, since accuracy matters more than speed here
• A final-year student or recent graduate in any field

What you'll get

• Monthly stipend of PKR 25,000 to 35,000
