• Identify and engage decision-makers (Facility, Engineering, Admin, Purchase, Operations)
• Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and intent
• Classify leads (Hot / Warm / Cold) and schedule meetings for sales team
• Ensure clean handover with complete lead information
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity logs
