Junior Lead Generation

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation professional who is interested in sales, business development, market research, and prospecting. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic research abilities, and a willingness to learn lead generation tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads and prospective clients
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists using online sources and lead generation tools
• Find relevant decision-makers and key contacts within target companies
• Collect and verify contact information, including names, job titles, company details and business email addresses
• Conduct market and industry research to identify potential business opportunities
• Use LinkedIn, company websites, search engines and relevant databases for lead research
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems or spreadsheets
• Support email outreach and other lead generation activities
• Organize and manage prospect data accurately
• Track lead generation activities and provide regular updates
• Follow up on assigned tasks and complete them within deadlines

Requirements

• Basic understanding of lead generation and prospecting
• Good internet research and data collection skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online business research
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with CRM or lead generation tools is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and lead generation techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good time-management and organizational skills

Experience

This is a junior-level position. Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant skills, academic projects, internships, or basic lead generation experience are encouraged to apply.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and eager to learn. The candidate should have an interest in sales, business development and online research. The ability to find relevant prospects, maintain accurate information, communicate effectively and consistently complete assigned tasks is important for this role.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
