Lead Generation, Management & Telecalling Executive

• Role: Full-time, on-site telesales. The person follows up on warm leads, books showroom appointments, and closes gemstone and diamond sales.
• Compensation: AED 2,500 fixed monthly salary plus 10% commission on every gemstone and diamond sale closed, with no cap.
• Languages: Fluent English and Tamil are mandatory. Hindi or Malayalam is a plus.
• Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, client relations, or lead conversion, with a proven record of meeting targets. Jewellery, luxury, or retail experience is preferred.
• Skills: A polished, confident phone manner, persistent follow-up, and comfort with WhatsApp Business, CRM, and Excel.
• Eligibility: The candidate's nationality must be eligible under NGJ's current MOHRE work permit quota, so please confirm nationality with us before shortlisting. Candidates already in the UAE who can join at short notice are preferred.
• Education: Minimum high school; a diploma or degree is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
