Lead Generation Manager

Job Summary

Karv Capital is looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Manager / Business Development Manager to drive new business through HNI/UHNI networking, referrals, strategic partnerships and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events and direct outreach.

• Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, CXOs and professional networks.

• Develop referral and strategic partner networks including CAs, lawyers, consultants and business advisors.

• Research and identify new business opportunities and lead sources.

• Qualify prospects and arrange meetings with senior management.

• Manage CRM, follow-ups, pipeline and weekly MIS.

• Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships.

• Track lead sources and improve conversion through data-driven strategies.

Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Relationship Management, Financial Services, Wealth Management, B2B Sales or similar fields.

• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.

• Existing professional/business network will be an advantage.

• Confident in dealing with senior professionals and business owners.

• Self-driven, target-oriented and proactive.

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM and digital outreach.

Preferred: Candidates with strong networks across HNI/UHNI, entrepreneurs, business owners, CAs, lawyers, consultants and corporate professionals.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
