Lead Generation Representative – Flooring & Remodeling

Hollywood Flooring LLC is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and energetic Lead Generation Representative to join our growing team.

We specialize in hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl, tile, epoxy flooring, refinishing, and remodeling services. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and can help us connect with homeowners who are interested in improving their homes.

Compensation

$18 per hour + 2% commission

Your base hourly pay provides consistent income, with additional earning potential based on the sales generated from qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and introduce them to Hollywood Flooring’s services
• Generate and qualify new customer leads
• Speak with homeowners about their flooring and remodeling needs
• Collect basic project information and customer contact information
• Schedule appointments or consultations with potential customers
• Follow up with leads when needed
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when representing Hollywood Flooring
• Help build relationships with potential customers and generate new business

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to work independently
• Previous sales, customer service, or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not required
• Training will be provided
