We’re looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our Business Development team and drive qualified opportunities across IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, and Staff Augmentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling & digital channels

• Identify decision-makers and map target accounts

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Execute personalized email & multi-touch outreach campaigns

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team

• Manage prospects and opportunities through CRM

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies

• Track lead generation, pipeline & conversion metrics
