We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of research, data, and AI. You'll be the first link in our sales chain: discovering high-potential leads across the internet, enriching them with AI tools, and handing qualifiers a pipeline so clean they can book appointments straight from your work.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for leads across the internet — mine LinkedIn, business directories, company websites, social media, industry forums, and niche databases to build targeted prospect lists.
• Scrape and organize data at scale — use scraping tools and browser extensions (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, PhantomBuster, Instant Data Scraper) to capture leads efficiently and accurately.
• Enrich leads with AI — leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, and enrichment platforms) to verify contact details, fill data gaps, add firmographic context, and score lead quality.
• Maintain a clean, structured pipeline — keep lead data organized in spreadsheets/CRM with consistent formatting, deduplication, and verified fields (name, role, company, email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Hand off to qualifiers — deliver enriched, prioritized lead batches to the qualification team, who will engage prospects and book appointments.
• Close the feedback loop — track which lead sources and segments convert into booked appointments, and refine your sourcing strategy accordingly.

What We're Looking ForMust-Haves

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, internet research, data scraping, virtual assistance, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong internet research skills — you know how to find anything online.
• Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and data cleanup).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a willingness to learn new software quickly.
• Sharp attention to detail — accuracy in data matters more than volume.
• Good written English for notes, summaries, and internal communication.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to meet daily/weekly lead targets.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Clay, or PhantomBuster.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels or CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Experience with lead enrichment, data verification, prospect research, or CRM management.
