If you know how to research B2B prospects, find verified contact info, and deliver clean, targeted lead lists—this role is for you. You won't be selling. You'll be feeding our sales team with qualified leads they can call and close.

What You'll Do

Your job is simple: build targeted, high-quality lead lists for our sales team to outreach.

Core responsibilities:

• Prospect Research: Identify decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Operations Directors, etc.) at companies that fit our ideal customer profile
• Contact Verification: Find accurate email addresses and phone numbers using tools like Hunter, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar
• List Building: Deliver clean, organized spreadsheets or CRM-ready lists with company name, contact name, title, email, phone, LinkedIn, and any relevant firmographic data
• Segmentation: Organize leads by industry, company size, location, or other criteria based on our targeting needs
• Quality Control: Ensure low bounce rates and high deliverability—no generic info@ emails, no outdated contacts

Optional (if you have the skills):

• Email Campaign Setup: If you've run cold email campaigns before, you can also help us set up sequences in tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or HubSpot
• Lead Scoring: Flag high-intent leads based on signals like hiring activity, tech stack, or recent funding

Earning Potential

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 – $120,000+ per year

This is a 100% commission-based role paid per qualified lead or per successful meeting booked (structure TBD based on your experience and output). Top performers in similar roles have exceeded $120K annually.

• Experienced in B2B Lead List Building: You've built cold outreach lists for sales teams before
• Tool-Savvy: You know how to use LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms to find and verify contacts
• Detail-Oriented: You deliver clean, accurate data—no duplicates, no fake emails, no outdated info
• Self-Starter: You can work independently and hit deadlines without micromanagement
• Bonus: You understand B2B sales cycles and know what makes a lead "sales-ready"
