Lead Generation Specialist

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., needs, budget, decision-making authority)
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system
• Schedule appointments or endorse qualified leads to the sales team
• Send product information, brochures, and introductory materials to prospects
• Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads until they are ready for sales engagement
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Monitor and report on lead generation performance and activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Strong research and data-gathering skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home
