Harlow Payments is a small to mid-size merchant acquirerlooking to add 2 new faces to our Lead Development Team! We are two desks away from being at full staff in this particular department due to the popularity of the position, the pay structure, and the hours we ask our employees to work!

Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate a lead.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build rapport.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes.

Compensation:

-Our pay structure includes a BASE PAY STARTING AT $25.00/hr. , COMMISSION PAY BASED ON PERFORMANCE METRICS, AS WELL AS DIFFERENT BONUS STRUCTURES.

Schedule:

-Our employees work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM, and it includes a mandatory 30-minute lunch break.

-Employees will never be asked to work evenings or weekends

-Anyone interested in this position should have at least 1-2 years of prior experience in a Lead Development role, or something at least similar or congruent to Lead Development experience.

Interviews will be conducted the week of September 21st and we anticipate starting anyone we hire for this position on Monday September 28th
