Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
We're keen to bring on an experienced, commercially minded Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help scale a founder-led personal brand. This strategic, hands-on role covers lead generation, sales, email marketing, funnel optimization, paid ads oversight, and brand messaging. The right fit thinks both strategically and operationally, running day-to-day growth systems while feeding into the brand's long-term vision. You bring sharp sales instincts, excellent English communication, and a talent for writing in an authentic, human brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and strengthen lead generation across organic social, paid media, and inbound enquiries, making sure no lead slips through
• Qualify and follow up on sales leads, and be ready to speak with leads directly to guide them through the sales process
• Build and fine-tune lead management workflows, funnels, and up-sell/down-sell pathways in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Run and enhance email marketing flows, nurture sequences, and subscriber campaigns to grow and retain a warm database
• Polish messaging and copy across funnels, emails, newsletters, landing pages, and social channels so it reflects an authentic brand voice
• Steer Meta Ads strategy, using performance data to shape execution and scale what's working
• Structure and improve landing pages and conversion points using data and tools such as heat maps
• Align lead generation and keep messaging consistent across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Contribute to blog SEO, newsletter strategy, and wider brand development, including input on offers and courses
• Spot PR and partnership opportunities and partner with the founder to set KPIs and support long-term growth planning

Mandatory Skills:

• Track record in lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization
• Practical experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management, funnels, and automation
• Strong email marketing ability, covering nurture flows, segmentation, and campaign management
• Firm grasp of Meta Ads strategy and the ability to guide ad execution based on performance data
• Outstanding copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to write in an authentic, human brand voice rather than generic AI-generated text
• Sharp sales thinking and the ability to qualify and speak with leads directly
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication
• At home using AI and analytics tools to support optimization without losing the brand's human quality
• Dependable, meticulous, and self-sufficient
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Preferred Skills:

• Background in SEO and blog content optimization
• Exposure to PR outreach, podcast pitching, or brand partnerships
• Ability to contribute strategically to brand positioning, offers, and course development
• Familiarity with conversion tools such as heat maps and A/B testing
• Experience helping scale a growing business and shape KPIs

• Ability to handle multiple projects and campaigns in parallel
