Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities: This position is for THURSDAYS through SUNDAYS only

• Engage with potential customers in big box store through roadshow kiosks to provide information about our products or services
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred but not mandatory

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers

• Must be able to lift 25lbs- Set up and breakdown tables and stands

-Ability to capture customer information into CRM

• Comfortable with using CRM software and other lead generation tools
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
