Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Lead Generation Specialist ( Email Marketing & Data Specialist) with a strong background in data extraction, email marketing, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Mautic to generate high-quality prospect data, design effective outreach cadences, and execute engaging email campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

● Extract and manage prospect data using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other automation tools.

● Utilize advanced filters on LinkedIn Sales Navigator for accurate targeting and lead generation.

● Devise, implement, and optimize multi-touch cadences for prospect engagement.

● Write compelling and conversion-focused email marketing content.

● Execute, monitor, and optimize email campaigns across platforms (Mautic, Apollo, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).

● Ensure high deliverability rates and compliance with email marketing best practices.

● Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

● Collaborate with the team to align email marketing strategy with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–3 years of proven experience in email marketing and data extraction.

● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Advanced Filters) and data scraping/automation tools.

● Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mautic, Apollo, Mailchimp, or Sendinblue.

● Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging, personalized, and professional email content

. ● Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to measure campaign success and identify improvements.

● Proficiency in managing, cleaning, and organizing large datasets.

● Knowledge of email deliverability, personalization, and segmentation strategies.

Work Location: In person
