Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential international clients, manage outreach, generate qualified leads, and support our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, email, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach, emails, and follow-ups.
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs and potential fit.
• Maintain and update lead information, follow-ups, and deal stages in CRM.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare relevant information for the sales team.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and prevent leads from going cold.
• Track lead generation activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, SDR, or Sales Support.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, email outreach, and web research.
• Good understanding of lead qualification and follow-up processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
