Lead Generation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
• Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Experience working with Australian, UK, or US markets OR any international market (Mandate).
• Strong B2B sales and outbound prospecting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Confident in cold calling, appointment setting, and relationship building.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
