Job Title**: Lead Generation Specialist**

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist (1–3 years’ experience) to identify and qualify prospective clients, build the sales pipeline, and turn cold leads into warm opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Research: Identify target accounts and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via cold emails, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms along with cold calling.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospects against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria before sales handoff.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Campaign Optimization: Analyze messaging, subject lines, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with CRMs (Hub Spot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoom Info).
• Skills: Strong written/verbal communication, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
